Uitama service is provided by Loovkulg OÜ. This privacy policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use and store it. For questions about the privacy policy, please contact us at info@uitama.ee.
Uitama collects your data, including data that directly or indirectly identifies you. What personal data do we collect and why:
- We collect general account information such as your name, email address, and picture, providing access to our service.
- We use your contact information to respond to your queries and comments and send you new information about the application. If you do not wish to receive updates to your email address, you can always disable this from the application settings.
Additionally, we process your location data during the use of our service. We track your device’s location to calculate the travel time to suitable hiking trails based on your location.
When you start navigating a hiking trail by pressing the “Navigate” button until you finish the walk.
If you wish to stop tracking your device’s location, you cannot use these services.
To quickly find and fix errors, we collect information about your phone model and operating system.
Uitama allows you to register your account and log into the application using your created accounts with third-party services Facebook, Apple, and Google (hereinafter “third-party accounts”). By logging into the service through a third-party account, we collect data to which you have previously granted access (your name, email address, profile picture, Facebook profile URL). This data is collected by the third-party service provider, and the data is shared with Uitama according to their privacy policy. You can control the data shared by these sources using the privacy settings on your third-party account.
Uitama uses the collected and received data as described below.
For Service Provision:
We use the collected data to provide the service, including giving you the opportunity to
- find nearby family-friendly trails based on your location
- determine your location on the map
- save your favorite trails.
For Communication with you:
- We use the collected data to respond to your queries and comments.
We do not sell your personal data.
Disclosure of Personal Data to Third Parties:
A third party is a contractual partner of Loovkulg OÜ who processes personal data and, through their product or service, provides services to Loovkulg OÜ users.
We use third parties that provide:
- Email delivery and management system.
- IT services to keep our environment operational, hosted, and managed.
Personal data may also be disclosed to third parties if required by applicable law (e.g., law enforcement agencies) or if necessary for Loovkulg OÜ’s legitimate interests in protecting its rights (e.g., legal advisors).
Your Rights:
If you want to review or correct your personal data, please submit the relevant request in writing to info@uitama.ee.
In addition to the right to correct or access personal data, you also have:
- The right to withdraw consent. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of processing carried out before withdrawal or the processing of your personal data on other legal grounds (not based on your consent).
- The right to object to the processing of your personal data, demand the restriction of the processing, or request the transfer of your personal data.
- The right to request the deletion of your personal data, for example, if they have been processed unlawfully or if there is no other legal basis for processing.
How Long Do We Keep Your Personal Data?
We keep your personal data as long as necessary to achieve the purposes described above or as required by law. Generally, this means that we keep your personal data until your account is deleted.
If we have no ongoing legal basis and purpose to process your personal data, we will delete the data.
Account and Data Deletion:
You can delete your account at any time. To delete your account, press the “Delete Account” button in the mobile application. After deleting your account, your personal data will be permanently erased from our systems.

Loovkulg OÜ reserves the right to change its privacy policy at any time. Please review it periodically.
