When registering or logging into the Uitama mobile application, you confirm that you have familiarized yourself with the terms of this user agreement (hereinafter: Terms), agree to the terms, and undertake to comply with them. The terms apply to all legal relationships arising between individuals who have registered as users of the mobile application and the application’s administrator, Loovkulg OÜ.
1. Definitions
1.1. Service Provider – Loovkulg OÜ (registration code: 16714822), with a registered address at Lilleherne tee 30, Tallinn 11914, contact: info@uitama.ee.
1.2. Mobile Application – Uitama, which belongs to Loovkulg OÜ.
1.3. Services – Services provided by the Uitama mobile application.
1.4. Terms – The terms under which Loovkulg OÜ provides services to users.
1.5. Users – Individuals who have created an account in the mobile application.
2. General Terms
2.1. Loovkulg OÜ provides users with the use of the mobile application, through which it is possible to search, filter, and save family-friendly hiking trails and determine one’s location on the map. Through the use of location data, travel time distances to suitable trails are calculated, and the user’s location is determined for navigation.
2.2. If the user logs in through Facebook, Google, or Apple ID, they give the mobile application access to certain account-related data. Additional information about what data Loovkulg OÜ collects and uses can be found in our privacy policy.
2.3. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their login information, and the user is solely responsible for all activities conducted using their data.
3. Liability
3.1. The service provider does not provide any guarantees and is not responsible for the accuracy or correctness of the information presented in the mobile application.
3.2. Loovkulg OÜ does not assume responsibility for injuries, death, financial loss, and other potential risks occurring during the use of the service.
User Rights and Obligations
4.1. The user has the right to:
4.1.1. create an account;
4.1.2. perform all actions provided by Loovkulg OÜ in the mobile application at their own risk in accordance with the law, good practices, and the terms;
4.1.3. close their account within thirty days of being notified of any changes if they do not agree to the changes. If the user does not close their account within this period, it will be considered that they have accepted the changes in the terms.
4.2. The user undertakes to:
4.2.1. not use the mobile application for illegal actions or fraud;
4.2.2. provide complete and true information when using the mobile application;
4.2.3. not allow third parties to use their account;
4.2.4. use the mobile application for its intended purpose;
Service Provider’s Rights and Obligations
5.1. Loovkulg OÜ has the right to close the accounts of users who behave inappropriately.
5.2. Loovkulg OÜ reserves the right to modify and moderate the content, locations, and images added to the mobile application.
5.3. The Uitama app aims to provide its members with a respectful communication experience; therefore, the service provider has the right to delete all impolite or provocative comments. The service provider is not responsible for the behavior of any user using the service.
5.4. Loovkulg OÜ may make changes to these terms and the service. We may do this for various reasons, including legal changes, new features, or changed business practices. The latest version of these terms will be posted on the mobile application’s settings page.
We recommend regularly reviewing the latest version.

6.1. Unless otherwise indicated, all content in the application is copyrighted by Loovkulg OÜ. This means that the use of the content in any form (including partially) is allowed only with the permission of Loovkulg OÜ.
